Has many years in leadership with several different organizations. Making his abilities in business and understanding of finance a fundament necessity for JCRP! His kind demeanor, coupled with a strong personality creates a brilliant combination for success! Everyone loves working for Tyler! As a founder of JCRP he has helped develop many of our best practices, while continually finding ways to improve more of them all the time! Being a professional family man, he is supported by his beautiful wife, Nikki, and their three boys Gavin, Peyton, and Ty.

Ani

Being a 3rd generation realtor and experienced investor, Ani knows what it takes to be successful in this business. In 2018 she began her career in real estate and has since worked with an array of new investors. Helping them to develop lasting processes to ensure that they all remain successful. Helping to establish JCRP Management, Ani is now the Vice President of Operations and a true leader within her industry!

Sarah

With over a decade in property management, Sarah brings a wealth of experience to our team, offering a comprehensive understanding of the industry’s varied landscapes. She began her career managing condo owner associations by working with each respective board of directors, honing her skills in community governance, owner and resident relations. Building on this experience, she moved into managing a wide spectrum of rental properties, from affordable units to premium residences. Sarah’s extensive experience ensures a dedicated and effective approach to every property she manages, custom suited to the property owners’ needs.

Nicole

I strive to bring harmony to our accounting department through innovative leadership by delivering exceptional property management services and leveraging advanced tools to optimize the financials, utility coordination, and tenant relations. I have a Bachler’s in business administration from post university. My experience in this industry has taught me the need to combine technical expertise with a client-focused approach in order to foster thriving relationships through integrity and excellence in all that I do! I am driven by my commitment to remain aligned with operational excellence and sustainable progress! I hope to redefine property management standards while nurturing coherence between professional achievements and personal fulfillment simultaneously seeking and facilitating win-win opportunities for the people I serve.

Ben

Hi, my name is Ben Niekerk. As a relator for JCRP, I am a licensed professional responsible for guiding clients through the process of buying, selling, or renting properties, utilizing market knowledge to help them achieve their real estate goals. In addition to real estate, I also spend a good amount of time in the property management side of the equation assisting our property managers with their day-to-day business needs. As a new addition to the team, I am incredibly excited for the opportunity to serve our mid-west community through Christ; with the support of our amazing family here at JCRP.

Michelle

Michelle brings a wealth of life experience to her role as a customer service agent, a position she’s embraced in her well-deserved “retirement.” After a fulfilling career within the Department of Probation and Parole, Michelle enjoys connecting with people and finding solutions in a new capacity. Her patient demeanor and genuine desire to help shines through in every interaction, making her a valued member of our team and a favorite among our customers. Michelle loves spending her free time with her grandchildren and husband.

Matt

Matt joined the real estate investing world several years ago. It didn’t take long for him to become a seasoned professional at making meaningful connections with people! He spent the previous ten years before that working for the Missouri Department of Corrections as a Recreation and C.E.R.T. Officer. Once that season of his life matured, he founded an amazingly popular BBQ restaurant in Boonville Missouri called Buerky’s BBQ. Before selling it three years later in order to pursue his passion for helping people within every branch of real estate investing. Matt and his wife Ashley live in Boonville with their two children Addyson and Jonah. Matt loves building relationships, communicating with people, and finding ways to shine light into their lives. When he’s not in the office or out by the smoker cooking delicious BBQ for anyone and everyone who asks; Matt enjoys spending time with his family. Taking them fishing, hunting, camping, or anything involving the great outdoors.

William

Is our team’s maintenance technician. Being a jack of all trades, he rarely finds an issue he can’t fix! With many years of practical experience in the field we lean heavily on him to ensure our tenants’ needs are met.
